What to expect:
First we will talk about what you want to achieve with your space. We will find out your design needs, your style, understand your vision, figure out what your challenges are with the existing space, and discuss budget. After that I will come to take measurements of the space and create a proposal. That is when you will pay the design fee to show your commitment to the project.
At that time I will start working on floor plans, elevations and visual room boards. I will present the best design options of which you can choose your favorite parts or give me your input to what you would like to see different. When we have agreed on the design plan we are pursuing, you will pay the remaining proposal fee and I will start ordering furniture, lighting and other design elements needed for the project. If you have a contractor with a crew or an architect, I will happily work with their teams.
When the construction part is done, I will come in with my team to install furniture and make sure everything is as we planned, arrange the decor and bring it all together cohesively. After that it's your time to enjoy your new scenic space!

This package is for clients who don't want to take up a big remodel project, but are looking for a way to update and refresh their space. This design plan would include things like a couple new furniture pieces, new art and accent decor pieces, finding a new rug or suggesting minor changes to a floor plan layout. It's designed for clients who need little extra help with some part of the room. Compared to the eDesign I would still come and see your rooms and take measurements myself, but it wouldn't be as detailed as the Custom Design package.
